1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReadMyLove platform, available at readmylove.id ("Service"), operated by ReadMyLove ("we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

ReadMyLove provides AI-generated relationship consultations based on birth data entered by the user. Guidance is generated from the birth details and the question you provide.

Consultations are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All consultations produced by ReadMyLove are generated by AI language models trained on metaphysical literature. They are generated automatically and are not produced by a human practitioner in real time.

ReadMyLove consultations are not a substitute for:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Professional psychological or psychiatric counselling
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Any other form of licensed professional guidance

Metaphysical systems work with pattern and probability, not certainty. No consultation predicts the future with accuracy. We strongly encourage users to approach consultations as a tool for reflection, not as definitive guidance for major life decisions.

AI systems can produce inaccurate or inconsistent outputs. We make no warranty that the information in any consultation is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific circumstances.

4. User Accounts

Registration

To generate consultations, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 17 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. We are not responsible for incorrect consultations resulting from inaccurate birth data entered by the user.

Account Security

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account before notification.

5. Access and Payments

Early access

ReadMyLove is currently in early access. Consultations are paid for with tokens, and every new account receives enough tokens for one free consultation. Paid top-ups are not yet enabled, so no charge can currently arise. We will give clear notice well in advance of introducing any paid plan.

Tokens

Access to consultations is metered in tokens. One consultation costs 2 tokens, and every new account receives 3 tokens on sign-up. Tokens are a prepaid access credit, not currency: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Tokens do not expire while your account is open. If you delete your account, any remaining balance is removed with it and is not refundable. We will give clear notice here before changing the cost of a consultation or the size of the free allowance.

Future paid plans

If paid plans are introduced, pricing, payment methods and refund terms will be published here and you will be asked to accept them before any charge is made.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indonesian law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy AI outputs for commercial redistribution without our written permission
• Share account credentials with other users
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate consultations
• Attempt to circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or authentication mechanism
• Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The ReadMyLove platform, its design, code, and all content produced by our systems are the intellectual property of ReadMyLove. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

AI-generated consultations delivered to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may save or print your consultation for personal reference but may not republish, sell, or commercially exploit the content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReadMyLove and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any decisions made or actions taken based on a consultation generated by the Service
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or error in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings section of the app. Upon deletion, your personal data and consultations will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
